1. Services Offered
HM Agency provides the following services:
- Web development & web application engineering
- Custom software solutions
- Workflow automation
- Digital strategy consulting
Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for engagements are defined in project proposals or Statements of Work.
2. Client Responsibilities & IP Ownership
Clients agree to provide necessary assets, access, and feedback required for project execution. Upon full and final payment, ownership of custom-built deliverables and source code created specifically for the client transfers to the client. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tools, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of HM Agency.
3. Payment Terms & Third-Party Fees
Projects are executed according to agreed payment milestones outlined in project proposals. Third-party operational expenses are billed separately or passed through at cost unless explicitly included in the project scope, including:
- Domain registration
- Hosting subscriptions
- Paid API licenses
- Stock assets
4. Warranty & Support
We provide a standard 30-day bug-fix warranty following project deployment for defects within custom-built code. This warranty excludes issues caused by third-party plugin updates, hosting environments, or unauthorized client-side modifications.
5. Limitation of Liability & Termination
HM Agency shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or operational downtime damages. Either party may terminate an engagement upon written notice, provided all completed work up to the termination date is compensated.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
